Egyptian talent. Dutch opportunity.

PiM IT bridges two of the world's great tech communities — Egypt's exceptional engineering talent and the Netherlands' thriving tech industry.

Connecting Egyptian IT talent with Dutch opportunity.

From Cairo to the Netherlands — we make it happen

At PiM IT, we connect Egyptian IT professionals with Dutch companies that need their skills. Egypt produces over 100,000 STEM graduates per year — ambitious, technically excellent, and ready to build careers in Europe.

We do more than fill vacancies. We guide the entire journey: from first contact in Cairo to first day at work in the Netherlands. Visa, relocation, cultural onboarding — we handle it all.

Questions about working in the Netherlands

Everything you want to know about making the move from Egypt to the Dutch tech market.

Which IT skills are most in demand in the Netherlands?

The Dutch tech market has a significant shortage of IT talent. The highest demand is for software developers (Java, Python, .NET), cloud engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps specialists, and data engineers. Egyptian professionals are exceptionally strong in these areas.

Do I need a visa to work in the Netherlands?

As an Egyptian national, you will need a work permit. PiM IT guides you through the entire process: from the application with the IND to the highly skilled migrant permit (kennismigrantenregeling). In most cases, this is arranged within four to eight weeks.

How does PiM IT handle relocation?

We take care of everything: visa, work permit, housing guidance, and a smooth landing in the Netherlands. You focus on your new job — we handle the rest.

What IT roles can PiM IT find for me?

We place IT professionals in roles including software developer, DevOps engineer, cloud architect, data engineer, cybersecurity specialist, product manager, and IT manager — from mid-level to director level.

How do I prepare for an interview at a Dutch company?

We prepare you thoroughly: insight into Dutch workplace culture, feedback on your presentation style, and targeted preparation for the technical questions you can expect. Walking in well-prepared is our standard.
